Bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and a registered nurse on call around the clock. Attentive, never clinical.

With only a handful of residents in each home, the people who care for your loved one know their stories, their habits, and their favorite chair.

Our homes in Claremont and Perris are six-bed residential care homes. A small household means care is personal and the people are familiar.
A bedroom of their own
Residents enjoy their own bedrooms and beautifully appointed shared living spaces, with meals, activities, and personalized assistance.
A registered nurse on call, day and night
Expert care and supervision are always a phone call away, at any hour.
A trained, screened team
Every team member receives fingerprint and background checks, health screening, ongoing training, and specialty training in dementia care, fall prevention, and emergency preparedness.
Care that stays joined up
Medication assistance, transportation to doctors, bedside care for minor illness, and partnerships with home health, hospice, therapists, and dieticians.

Each open home is licensed as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. Facility numbers are listed on every community page.
